Receive next level hitting instruction in a hands-on and easy to understand format for athletes
Private Lessons are tailored to each individual and include:

Video breakdown of your swing
Focus on:
Basic swing mechanics

Bat to ball skills to increase your contact level while also increasing power
Drills to increase bat speed and exit velocity

Receive next level fielding instruction in a hands-on easy to understand format for athletes
Fielding lessons are for Catchers, Infielders, and Outfielders and each lesson is tailored to each individual athlete
Basic and Advanced drills including
Footwork
Glove position
Throwing mechanics
MEET OUR BASEBALL STAFF

Focuses on pitching. Provides high level pitching instruction to pitchers of all ages. Also works with hitters on understanding their swing and body movements
Ben has a wide range of expertise having pitched, caught and played the field for Minnesota Duluth. He enjoys working with athletes who are looking to grow their game in any aspect.
Focuses on fielding and hitting. Provides next level instruction for hitters and any positional player in the field.
Adam focuses on working with high-level athletes who are looking to take their game to the next level. He has an extensive background in pitching and hitting at the collegiate level and enjoys providing instruction for all parts of the game.
