- Work with all Softball/Baseball staff to make sure space is clean and organized throughout the year.

Job Qualifications Needed:
- Played or coached at a high level in the game of softball.

Guardians Travel Team coaches will have an opportunity to work with and lead athletes. Each team has practices throughout the year and tournaments are dependent on age group and team.
They will be a part of a team and program atmosphere while working closely with the rest of the Baseball/Softball staff.

Lead Football Program Coordinator
The role of a Lead Football Program Director involves overseeing and managing all aspects of a football program at VSA, which can range from youth leagues to camps, clinics, teams, etc. Responsibilities typically include:
- Program Development and Management: Designing and implementing football programs, including but not limited to lessons, clinics, camps, programs, leagues, etc.
- Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and managing coaching staff and other personnel involved in the football program.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Player Development: Focusing on the physical, technical, and mental development of players.
- Community Engagement: Building relationships with the community, including parents, fans, and athletes.
- Event Coordination: Organizing and overseeing games, tournaments, leagues, events, and trainings.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing team and player performance to make informed decisions and improvements.
Experience Needed: The Lead Football Program Director must have played at minimum a high school level of football

Job Description/Responsibilities
-Coaching private and small group training sessions
-Assist with coaching training sessions for larger groups such as teams and programs.
-Assisting with various tasks to keep the weight room and the facility clean and organized.
Minimum Qualifications
-Must be 18 years or older
-Current student or graduate of an exercise science related program preferred but not required.
-CSCS or other certification preferred
-Experience as a strength and conditioning coach or personal trainer preferred
-Pay rate is determined by experience

Lead Support Staff Job Posting
VSA is a busy sports training facility searching for a very responsible, personable, professional, and engaging individual to join our team as a Support Staff Lead. As a VSA Support Staff member, you are the first point of contact when guests walk through our doors and the last person they see when they leave. Support Staff are responsible for the overall presentation of the facility, along with guest experience. A support staff lead works to ensure all required facility maintenance tasks are completed daily, as well as ensuring guests have the best customer service experience possible. Zamboni driving is required (training provided). As a support staff lead, you will work under the Reception Manager and General Manager and help oversee front desk operations when management is not present in the facility.
Job Requirements:
- Must be available weeknights and weekends
- Must be self-motivated and work well under minimal supervision
- Must be able to problem solve and/or troubleshoot problems
- Must be able to multitask and be an efficient communicator
- Ranging from 15-30 hours/week (possibility for more)
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

The Guardians Assistant Coaches at Valley Sports Academy will assist our high-level club softball teams. The Assistant coaches will work closely with our Director of Softball and Guardians Softball Head Coaches to ensure that Valley Sports Academy and Guardians Softball remains a strong softball program.
