VSA is offering Individual, and Small Group Lessons (2-3 athletes)

Lessons can be offered in Softball in Hitting, Catching, Infield, Outfield play and Pitching (Register through Upperhand)

Individual Lessons
Hitting, Catching, Infield, Outfield or Pitching- $40 for 30-minute session, $80 for 60-minute session
Individual Hitting Lessons will focus on:
Proper Hitting Mechanics and Training
Mental training- Understanding their hitting approach
Continued growth of skill set and data (exit velocity, barrel percentage, etc)
Use of technology (HitTrax, Rapsodo) when available

Individual Pitching Lessons will focus on:
Proper Pitching Mechanics and Training
Mental training- Understanding their pitching approach
Continued growth of skill set and data (velocity, strike percentage, etc.)
Use of technology (Rapsodo) when available

Individual Fielding Lessons will focus on:
Proper Fielding Mechanics and Training
Mental training- Understanding their fielding approach
Continued growth of skill set and data (Timed, video, etc.)

Small Group Lessons (2-3 Athletes)
