• Games will begin starting at 8:00am
• We will provide space and cages for teams to warm up
• We do have a bar/simulator/lounge space here for all families
• Parents must watch all siblings to ensure that they aren’t running around the facility
• NO ENTRY FEES FOR SPECTATORS
• Tournament Rules
  • Equipment/Warmups: bring your own team equipment like an outside tournament, cages and bullpens will be available, as of now the fieldhouse is also available off/on between rentals
  • Shoes: NO metal cleats permitted
  • Balls: Please bring 1-2 SB10 (10U) or SB12 (12U/14U) game balls for the day to supply the umpire each game.
  • Rules: USA softball rules with these exceptions:
    • No new inning after 65 minutes.
    • When a batted ball hits the ceiling for the 1^st time- the umpire will rule a single, double, or foul.
    • When a batted ball hits the ceiling for the 2^nd time in the same at bat- the umpire will rule a single, double or out.
    • If a pitched ball becomes lodged in the backstop net the ball is dead and the runners are only allowed to advance 1 base.
    • 5 run limit per half inning will be enforced for all games to keep games moving and avoid run rules. No lineups are necessary and there is free substitution.
    • Pitching: No limit on innings a pitcher can throw
    • Stealing and leadoffs: Runners may leave the base they are on when the ball leaves the pitchers hand
    • Dropped 3^rd strikes is in play
  • Umpires: Our umpires for the 12U games are all USA softball certified and may be young and learning. Heckling of umpires will be an immediate ejection for the tournament. Coaches you are responsible for the conduct of your players and fans.
  • Home team will be based on coin flip
  • Games will have no new inning after 65 minutes or play 6 full innings.
  • No inappropriate language or actions will be tolerated, and you will be subject to ejection.
  • Net Rulings
    • Any batted ball that hits the net above the field in fair territory is at the umpire’s discretion if it is an out or a base hit. The ball is dead once it hits the net.
      • On the first ball off the net in an at-bat the umpire will use their discretion to rule a single, double or foul ball.
      • On the second ball off the net in an at-bat the umpire will use their discretion to rule a single, double or out. If it is an out the ball is dead, and runners cannot advance.
