

Intro to Strength and Conditioning Program
The purpose of our intro to strength and conditioning program is to teach young athletes proper form and technique of basic movements and proper mechanics for speed, agility, and plyometrics, to give them a solid foundation for when they are old enough to begin strength training.

Classes are offered Monday-Thursday from 4:15-5:00pm
Athletes can register for any session that fits their schedule. We will allow a max of 10 athletes per session.

Sports Performance Training
The purpose of our Sports Performance training program is to increase athleticism through proper strength, speed, and agility training. While also reducing an athlete’s risk of injury through mobility training and teaching proper recovery.
Speed and agility training that emphasizes proper mechanics and incorporates all aspects of speed and agility: acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction.
Strength training that emphasizes proper form and technique, through various exercises based on age, experience, and skill level.
Injury prevention through mobility training and teaching proper preparation and recovery.
Athletes can register for any session that fits their schedule. We will allow a max of 10 athletes per session.
