4-Week Youth Sports Conditioning Program


Ages: 10, 11, 12

Starts: July 6, 2026

Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Time: 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM

Sessions: 8 total, 45 minutes each

Cost: $150

Capacity: Limited to 15 participants — waitlist available if full

Private Performance Training

In 1 on 1 training sessions, the trainer evaluates each athlete’s needs based on their specific sport(s) and the energy systems utilized in those activities to effectively train the most crucial areas for their success. The trainer addresses common injury sites associated with each sport and implements training protocols to help minimize injury risks. The goal in training each athlete is to maximize their performance potential. Starting abilities are documented and progress is tracked throughout the training journey, allowing athletes to witness their growth and improvement. The training team looks forward to helping each athlete discover their full potential and uncover their determination while enjoying the process!

 

Each session is 45 Minutes-60 Minutes long.

Investment: $50/Session

NATE CUSTER

Sports Performance Coach

Originally from Chippewa Falls, Nate played football, baseball, and basketball at Chippewa Falls High School before attending the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where he played 4.5 years of football and earned a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Strength and Conditioning. After graduating in December 2023, he went on to intern with the Wisconsin Badgers football strength and conditioning program.

Nate developed a passion for helping people get the most out of themselves through his experience in college sports and is excited to bring directed, intentional training to athletes and adults in the Chippewa Valley.
