STRENGTH TRAINING
A well rounded athlete involves a combination of age appropriate strength training and power development. Valley Sports Academy recognizes the importance of an age appropriate strength training program to establish a solid athletic foundation. Our Strength Training facility and programs helps players take their game to the next level, reaching their full athletic potential in their respected sports.
• Increase athlete’s strength and endurance
• TEACH proper technique in weight training to prevent injury
• Provide a full understanding muscle mechanics and safety
• Create long-term results through training
• DEVELOP coordination, mobility and movement skills



Spring Speed and Agility Program
Focus:
Speed and agility training that emphasizes proper mechanics and incorporates all aspects of speed and agility: acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction.
When:
Every Monday, starting April 10-May 15 (6 weeks)
Time:
Ages 8-11: 4:30-5:15pm
Ages 12-14: 5:30-6:15pm
Ages 15+: 6:30-7:15pm
Price:
Ages 8-11 $15 per session OR $60 for all 6 sessions
Ages 12-14 $20 per session OR $90 for all 6 sessions
Ages 15+ $25 per session OR $120 for all 6 sessions

$95 an hour!
$9.50 per person if you have 10 people!
