Valley Sports Academy recognizes the importance of an age appropriate strength training program to establish a solid athletic foundation. FALL PROGRAMS
Sports Performance Spring Program
Focus:
The purpose of this program is to increase athleticism through proper strength, speed, and agility training while also reducing an athlete’s risk of injury through mobility training and teaching proper recovery.
-Strength and Plyometric training that emphasizes proper form and technique, through various exercises based on age, experience, and skill level.
-Speed and agility training that emphasizes proper mechanics and incorporates all aspects of speed and agility: acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction.
-Injury prevention through mobility training and teaching proper preparation and recovery
Ages 12+: $160 or $25/session
September 30 – November 18 (8 weeks)

Speed and Agility Program
Focus:
Speed and agility training that emphasizes proper mechanics and incorporates all aspects of speed and agility: acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction.

October 1 – November 19(8 weeks)
Ages 8-11: $80 or $15/session
Tuesdays 4:00pm-4:45pm
Ages 12+: $120 or $20/session

Ages 8-10
The purpose of this program is to give young athletes a solid foundation for future sports performance training.
It is designed for young athletes to increase athleticism through speed and agility training that emphasizes proper mechanics and incorporates all aspects of speed and agility: acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction.
Open Scheduling: 1-6 athletes per session
30 minute Sessions

The purpose of this program is to increase athleticism and reduce an athlete’s risk of injury through mobility training and teaching proper recovery.

Lifting Form
Training is meant to help athletes excel at their sport, but when done incorrectly it will have the opposite result. The purpose of this program is to teach athletes proper form and technique of various exercises that are consistently implemented in strength and conditioning programs both in and outside of our facility.
