Valley Sports Academy recognizes the importance of an age appropriate strength training program to establish a solid athletic foundation. Our Strength Training facility and programs helps players take their game to the next level, reaching their full athletic potential in their respected sports.

Coach Nate is a Chippewa Falls native who played 4 years of College Football at UW Whitewater as a kicker/punter! After his time with the Whitewater Warhawks, he joined the Wisconsin Badgers Football Program as a Strength Intern! Now Nate is looking to give back his knowledge to athletes in the Chippewa Valley helping players perform better on the field by helping with their performance off the field!

Summer Training Program
Train on your own time! Each program is tailored to each specific athlete! The spring training program is a personalized program based on the package that you purchase. Each session will be a 1on1 session with our sports performance team so each session is tailored specifically to your athlete!
Spring Program Start Date: June 9, 2025
Spring Program End Date: August 31, 2025
Session Packages:
- 20 Session Pack: $999 ($49.95/Session)
- 30 Session Pack: $1,290
- 40 Session Pack: $1,440
Purchasing A Package:
To purchase a package please do the following:
- Select the package that you would like to purchase (Look at the name, the date and time are just there for us to create the package)
- Once the package has been purchased we will send you a custom CODE and a BOOKING REGISTRATION LINK to use to book your packages for the program.
- If you do not receive a Code and Booking Registration Link within 48-Hours please notify Rosie.Peterson@valleysports.academy

*The session credits expire at the end of the program which is shown in the program description.
*There are no refunds for package sessions as they expire upon the end date of the program.

Meet our Coaches

NATE CUSTER
Sports Performance Coach
Hometown: Chippewa Falls
Nate played Football, Baseball, and Basketball at Chippewa Falls High School. He went to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and played 4.5 years of Football while earning a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Strength and Conditioning. He graduated from College in December of 2023 and went on to intern with the Wisconsin Badgers for football Strength and Conditioning. He has been around fitness since he was young, but never understood much until he got into college sports where he grew a passion to help people get the most out of themselves, something he felt he missed until he got into college and even more so after. He would love to give adults an opportunity to have some directed and intentional exercise. He can adjust the structure of the classes to fit what they would all like to work on most and he looks forward to meeting and working with any and all of them!
